There are a lot of products that claim they can help improve your agility, but there are only a few studies that really show they have the power to do so. Some claim to help, and some don't. I'm also going to share my best advice for choosing the best products for your own particular needs and goals. In this section I'm going to cover the top 2 best products for increasing your agility. I've also included other products that are not as effective, but have shown promise. For example, I'm going to discuss "Tricks and Tricks" that some of the top coaches use. 1. The Kneeboard - I use this to practice running. It has some great features: The top and bottom plates are very easy to handle and move. The straps are comfortable and the plastic is easy to clean. The bottom plate is very sturdy but is not strong enough to hold up your hands when moving around on the ground.
