Detox in self-experiment - I just couldn't...

You should know that I am not a doctor or an expert in detoxification. I am only reviewing the products I use. I have tested them on myself, my friends, my patients and a few other people.

In my experience, a good detox product is one that is not too expensive and does not cause any side effects. For example, I like using Pure Life, but my customers say the same thing about it. If it is not cheap, it does not work for me. For those people who can afford to spend a lot of money, I have some good ideas. In this post, I will review the detox products I use at home. I will try to make these products as cost effective as possible. I have also included some links so you can find out if the detox product you are looking for works for you. For those of you who have never detoxed before, it is a good idea to start by using one of these products: 1. Pure Life - detox-ing liquid (about $17) 2. L-Theanine - an amino acid that is derived from green tea and is used to reduce anxiety and improve cognitive performance. (About $22.50) 3. L-Theanine with vitamin B12 (about $22)
